**Role Overview**:
We’re seeking a dedicated **Automation Tester** to join our dynamic team. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone passionate about ensuring software excellence and efficiency. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in conducting comprehensive test executions, utilising your analytical prowess to pinpoint defects, and guaranteeing our software products adhere to the highest quality assurance standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute detailed test cases with a focus on automation, as well as performance testing to ensure software runs smoothly under various conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive API testing to verify that all interfaces meet our rigorous standards for functionality, reliability, and performance.
- Analyze software performance across various parameters to identify any defects or inconsistencies.
- Ensure all software products meet our stringent quality assurance benchmarks.
- Collaborate with our development team to refine software functionalities and performance.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Solid background in software testing and quality assurance, with a knack for identifying even the most elusive defects.
- Proven ability to devise and execute effective test cases.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, capable of working both in teams and independently.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools (highly regarded).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies (a plus).
