**Qualification : BBA /MBA & PHD**

**Experience : 5yrs -9yrs**

**Course Execution**
- Provide administrative support according to schedule.
- Execute accurate and timely end to end administration of course programs.
- Handle examinations and other forms of assessments
- Ensure the integrity of grades after course completion.
- Take interim and final feedback on a regular basis.
- Administer, compile and report satisfaction surveys from faculty members and students.

**Student Management**
- Build good relations with students and address issues that arise within the scope and guidelines provided.
- Ensure the timely and accurate record of student attendance and mark sheets.
- Act as a counsellor to students - ensure that grievances are addressed and actions are taken.
- Ensure the timely distribution of books to the students.

**Program Accreditation, Audit and Reports**
- Assist in the accreditation process in compliance with local and international guidelines.
- Provide documents for audits and reports.
- Responsible to ensure that documents are timely arranged for NAAC and LIC

**Faculty Support**
- Provide administrative support to faculty members and monitor that programs are run according to our guidelines and policies.
- Maintain a great relationship with faculty members.
- Ensure the quality delivery of our academic programs according to the standards set by the management and accreditation bodies.
- Set up assigned adjunct faculty offices with files on course outline, schedules, picture profile, group list) and stationery.
- Coordinate with the librarian for case studies and related materials to be uploaded onto Blackboard.
- Assist the faculty members in the supervision, quizzes and evaluation when required.

**Event Coordination and other activities**
- Provide event support and coordination for each cohort.
- Provide support on other activities like Aviation, ACCA, Certification course.
- Organize Orientation and Graduation.
