We are a fast-growing company specializing in digital marketing, web development, and eLearning content development. We are expanding our social media and business development efforts and looking for a creative and proactive individual who can bring strong graphic design, video editing, and marketing strategy skills to our team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create engaging and brand-aligned **graphics and video content** for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute **creative ad strategies** for lead generation and brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule, post, and manage content calendars
- Perform **LinkedIn outreach** to generate B2B leads and connect with potential clients
- Monitor ad performance, engagement, and lead quality, and provide optimization recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and content best practices

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **graphic designing** (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
- Experience with **video editing tools** (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Knowledge of **paid advertising** (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads is a plus)
- Ability to write concise and catchy copy for social media posts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in **LinkedIn business development** or lead generation is highly preferred
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and branding

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience working with agencies, startups, or B2B brands
- Basic understanding of sales funnels, target audiences, and ad copywriting
- Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or other content scheduling platforms

Pay: ₹10,403.05 - ₹15,670.99 per month
