**Job Title**: Operation & CRM Executive

**Location**: Delhi, Ludhiana, Bathinda, Jalandhar & Amritsar
**Final Interview**: Chandigarh (Sector 17)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day **clinic operations** to ensure efficiency and service quality.
- Handle **CRM (Customer Relationship Management)** activities, including managing client databases and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Monitor and maintain coordination between the clinic staff and management.
- Support sales and marketing activities to achieve branch targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proper handling of inquiries, feedback, and after-service communication.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and inventory tracking.
- Work closely with the HR and management team to improve clinic performance.
- Implement company policies and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-4 years of experience** in **operations, CRM, wellness, skincare, or sales industry**.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and operational management.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple branches efficiently.
- Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
