**Unienrol Guru** is a forward-thinking, student-centered institute committed to academic excellence, innovation, and community engagement. We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to serve as **Dean**, with a strong background in university-level leadership and administration.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide visionary leadership in academic programming, faculty development, and student success.
- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, personnel management, and policy compliance.
- Ensure alignment with university goals, accreditation standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Foster an inclusive academic culture that prioritizes equity, diversity, and belonging.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including alumni, donors, and academic partners.
- Champion faculty scholarship, teaching excellence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

**Required Qualifications**:

- A terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
- **Minimum of 7-10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience within university settings**, including roles such as department chair, associate dean, or dean.
- Proven success in academic planning, curriculum development, and shared governance.
- In-depth understanding of the mission and operations of higher education institutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and building academic-industry partnerships.
- Familiarity with regional and program-specific accreditation standards.
- Experience leading change in dynamic university environments.
