ob Summary: Purchase Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization has the necessary materials and supplies to operate efficiently & coordination with the vendors to smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: ⚫ Work closely with vendors to manage orders from placing till delivery of goods. ⚫ Support in creating and refining procedures, policies, and programs for managing vendors. ⚫ Identify new vendors and engage in proper negotiation processes. ⚫ Maintaining any risks associated with vendors even after contracts are signed. ⚫ Coordinate with all internal departments within the organization. ⚫ Keep an organized and up-to-date database related to the vendors information. ⚫ All the required stock should be received on time and meets standards of quality & quantity of products. ⚫ Monitor and report key metrics to help reduce costs and improve efficiency. Qualifications and Experience: ⚫ Graduate, preferably Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with 1 - 2 years of experience in SCM activities, preferably from a LED/Consumer Electronic Products/Electronics Industry. ⚫ Familiarity with sourcing and new vendor management. ⚫ Hands on Experience in MS Excel/SAP. ⚫ Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures

Pay: ₹11,224.39 - ₹25,032.48 per month
