We're Hiring: Tele Sales Executive in Bangalore

**Position: Tele Sales Executive**

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Tele Sales

**Language**:

- **Kannada (2), Tamil (3), Telugu (3), Hindi and Urudu (2)**

Bilingual language:
**Malayalam and Tamil (1), Tamil and Telugu (1)**

Education: 10th/12th/Graduate

Working Hours: 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday), 10 am to 7 pm

**Salary**: 15000 - 20000 inhand + incentive

**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and sell our services/products.
- Identify and generate leads to build a strong client base.
- Understand client requirements and provide detailed information about our offerings.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the benefits of our services/products.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and work towards achieving sales targets.

**Requirements:

- **
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Tele Sales or outbound sales.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
