Job Title: Telesales Agent
As a Telesales Agent at our Ayurveda Hospital, you'll be an essential part of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through effective telephone-based sales strategies. Your role will focus on promoting our Ayurvedic treatments and services, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into satisfied customers.
**Responsibilities**:
Explain Services: Clearly and persuasively articulate the benefits and features of our Ayurvedic treatments, showcasing how they address various health concerns.
Handle Inquiries: Respond to inquiries from potential customers, addressing concerns, providing accurate information, and guiding them through the treatment options.
Lead Conversion: Effectively convert leads into sales by employing effective sales techniques, follow-up calls, and maintaining a pipeline of potential customers.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone, manner. Knowledge or interest in Ayurveda or alternative medicine is advantageous. Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
