**Job Title: Plastic Tubing Extrusion Operator**

**Location**: Gat no. 229, Alandi Markal Road, At Post
- Markal, Taluka-Khed, Pune-412105.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor extrusion machinery to produce polystyrene tubing according to specifications.
- Set up and calibrate machinery, including adjusting temperature, pressure, and feed rates.
- Inspect and test extruded products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on extrusion equipment to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to address any product defects or issues.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to 5S principles.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Plastic Tubing Extrusion Operator, with a strong background in polystyrene tubing material.
- Familiarity with extrusion machinery and related processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in extrusion processes is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the plastics industry.
- Understanding of different types of plastic materials and their properties.
- Experience with other types of extrusion equipment and materials is a plus.
