Data Transfer Coordinator

Guarantee timely delivery of quality data transfer files for clients.
- Support Clinical Data Management department and Data Manager administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Support IVRS process
- Support 3rd party lab process for CTx database
- Support RLI to CTx transfer process
- Generate shipping manifests and managements reports for daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc requests
- Complete Quality Assurance tasks as assigned.
- Attend required training to maintain Data Transfer Coordinator capabilities and for continuous development.
- Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel to assist in day-to-day activities as assigned.

Other duties as assigned.

- Capable of working with multiple interruptions (multi-tasking)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely and professional manner under demanding conditions
- Strong Attention to Detail

- Self-motivated (work independently and proactively)
- Seeking timely guidance from mentors, Senior DMs and Lead DMs
