Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced transfer pricing professional to support and manage global transfer pricing compliance, documentation, and operational implementation across group entities. The role involves close coordination with finance, supply chain, and business teams to ensure alignment between transfer pricing policies and actual business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and financial skills, be comfortable interpreting business data, and have experience working across multiple jurisdictions and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Financial and MIS Analysis

  • Review and analyze profitability of related-party transactions and business segments.
  • Support in monitoring margins, cost allocations, and transfer price adherence in management accounts.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and costing teams to ensure TP consistency in budgets, forecasts, and product pricing.
  • Identify variances between actuals and benchmarked ranges and support corrective actions.

Coordination and Process Support

  • Liaise with group entities and local finance teams for data collation and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with auditors, tax advisors, and external consultants during statutory audits and compliances.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and operations to ensure practical implementation of TP policies across product flows and service arrangements.

4. Planning and Governance

  • Support in reviewing and updating global transfer pricing policies and frameworks.
  • Monitor regulatory developments in TP and ensure timely alignment of internal policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant
  • 45 years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Strong understanding of Indian TP regulations and OECD guidelines.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, MIS interpretation, and cost structures.
  • Strong command of MS Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work across global teams.

Preferred Attributes

  • Exposure to international jurisdictions (US, UK, UAE, EU, etc.)
  • Exposure to intercompany product pricing, cost-plus models, and manufacturing supply chains.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of value chains and operational models.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage timelines independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
