A Commis Chef is an entry-level position in the kitchen. The role primarily involves assisting chefs and cooks in the preparation of meals, ensuring that ingredients are properly portioned, prepped, and cooked according to the recipe and kitchen standards. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Assisting with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and cooking basic components of dishes.
- Ensuring cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including maintaining workstations and equipment.
- Following recipes and instructions from senior kitchen staff accurately.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assisting with receiving and storing deliveries of food and supplies.
- Learning and developing culinary skills under the guidance of experienced chefs.
- Supporting other kitchen staff members as needed during busy periods.
- Being proactive and attentive to kitchen needs, including restocking ingredients and communicating effectively with the team.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from senior kitchen staff.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
- Formal culinary training or relevant experience is a plus but not always required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
