
Front Office Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Welcoming and assisted visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Education and professional qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration to a related course.
- 6 Months of front desk experience in the IT industry is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
**Salary**: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
