Position Name Accounts Receivable Location Bangalore Experience Range - 3-5 years Salary Range - 8-10 Lacs Mandatory Requirement: 1) Qualified CA OR Semi Qualified CA OR CA Inter OR ICWA OR MBA Finance OR MCom 2) Experience in working in top e-commerce/Startups. About the client: The client is a platform for mothers where one can consume content, interact with like-minded moms & learn from experienced moms and experts on the platform. It is a series B-funded organization started by IIT Guwahati Alumni and offers pregnancy and childcare products. Started in 2017 the client has managed to raise 15 million dollars and have investors from India, Japan and China. Today the client has India’s largest community of mothers with a 2 million strong community, 1 cr+ download in android app & is #1 parenting app on the play store for the last 3 years. The client has built a freemium content subscription business where over 300M+ content pieces are consumed monthly on topics like pregnancy health and nutrition, maternity personal care, baby development, and growth, baby’s health, baby personal care, etc. The platform has over 5 million+ consumable content (videos and infographics), 30 million+Questions & Answers, discussion forums etc. Today, the client has the largest content repository globally in the mother and child care space. Job Responsibilities - Handling day to day collection activities - Raise and Review invoices on different platforms. - Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable Ledger - Check Customer files for any previous Receipt and applies the same to invoices - Ensure the Order to Cash Process - Prepare the AR MIS for its own Inventory and platform. - Timely follow-up for AR with customers and internal team members. - Ensuring Debit notes are processed accurately - Managing the accuracy of the Customer database - Reconciliation of Customer statements, Inventory details, Debit statements, etc. - Generating journals for month-end reporting - Ongoing improvements to the Accounts Receivable process Qualification and Experience: - 3 to 5 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience - Good excel and computing skills Other Details: - Ability to work in a fast-paced organizations - No.of Working Days: 5 days - Job Location Bangalore and Work From Office
