Social Media Associate

**LOCATION**

Pune (Opposite Conrad Hotel), Part Time, 10:00 am - 6:30 pm, 3 days a week.

We are an innovative skin, beauty & wellness brand headquartered in Pune. We operate an e-commerce platform with multi-brand retail services across India and a signature facial spa (skin studio). We are a dynamic team looking to grow our physical presence and expand to Mumbai & Delhi.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Content Strategy Development -**Align content initiatives with both short-term and long-term marketing objectives.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration -**Work with marketing and design teams to plan and shape content, style, and layout.
- **Editorial Planning -** Create and manage a comprehensive editorial calendar.
- **Content Creation & Optimization -**Develop, edit, and publish written and visual content; ensure it is SEO-friendly.
- **Content Distribution & Engagement -**Manage content deployment across websites and social media to boost traffic.
- **Team Building & Contributor Management -**Assemble and manage a diverse content team, targeting 50% user-generated content (UGC).
- **Production Oversight -** Lead photo and video shoots, including concept development and post-production.
- **Daily Content Documentation -**Capture and share daily content for dynamic and engaging stories.
- **Budgeting & Deliverables -**Set and manage budgets aligned with specific content goals.
- **Market Research & Idea Generation -**Use customer insights and market research to inspire new content ideas.
- **Legal Compliance -**Ensure all content adheres to copyright, data protection, and other relevant laws.

**PROFILE**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 -2 years in content writing. Extensive experience in new media editorial practices and content strategy.
- **Industry**: Preferred background in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism. Familiarity with wellness, fitness, skincare, beauty, and lifestyle industries is highly valued.
- **Skills**:Skilled in creating and editing content. Strong visual aesthetics and design sensibility. Excellent time management, delegation, and brief development skills.Adept with Google Search Console, web traffic analytics, and social media platforms.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

**REMUNERATION**
- Annual package: Negotiable based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
