**Roles and responsibilities**

**Greet customers arriving at the dealership**. Showcase the dealership's vehicles and explain their features and warranties to customers. Answer customer questions about cars, financing and purchase process. Accompany customers on test drives, collecting licenses and documentation beforehand per best practices.
- Identify current product pricings, competing products and new techniques of merchandising
- Maintain contact with clients to provide post-sales services, obtain customer feedback and resolve any arising customer issue.
- A persuasive personality
- Great networking skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
