**3. BUYING MATERIALS FOR EACH PHASE OF THE PROJECT.**
**4. MONITORING BUILD COSTS & PROJECT PROGRESS.**
**5. CONDUCTING QUALITY & SAFETY INSPECTION.**
**6. MOTIVATING THE WORKFORCE.**
**7. DAY TO DAY PROBLEM SOLVING AND DEALING WITH ANY ISSUES**
**THAT ARRISE.**
**8. WORKING ON SITES IN ALL WEATHERS.**
**9. SURVIVING AND OVERSEEING THE DIRECTION OF THE**
**PROJECT,ENSURING THE CLIENTS,SPECIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
**ARE MET.**
**10. REVIEWING PROGRESS AND TO MONITOR COSTS.**
**11. MAKING SAFETY INSPECTIONS & ENSURING CONSTRUCTION AND SITE**
**SAFETY.**
**12. ASSESING & MINIMIZING RISK.**
**13. PREPARING REPORTS & KEEPING ON TOP OF PAPERWORK AND**
**REPORT TO THE HIGHR MANAGEMENT TIME TO TIME.**
