**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated **Web UI/UX Designer** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centered web interfaces that enhance patient engagement, support medical professionals, and optimize healthcare workflows. You'll work on a variety of projects focused on improving the digital experiences in hospital and healthcare environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and refine cross-platform web designs that offer consistent user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Understand user behavior, clinical workflows, and stakeholder requirements to craft intuitive UI/UX solutions.
- Conduct UX research and stay up to date on best practices, especially within the healthcare domain.
- Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, screen flows, and mockups to communicate design intent and user interactions.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and medical professionals to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Design reusable UI components such as navigation bars, buttons, forms, modals, and dashboards.
- Incorporate feedback from users and stakeholders to improve the usability and effectiveness of web platforms.
- Ensure adherence to hospital branding and accessibility guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on **web platforms**.
- Proven portfolio of past UI/UX design projects, especially involving complex or healthcare-related digital solutions.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools like **Figma**, **Adobe XD**, **Photoshop**, **InVision**, or equivalent.
- Strong grasp of UX principles, web accessibility standards, and responsive design.
- Ability to translate user needs into functional and visually appealing web interfaces.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site at the client location, 6 days a week.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in healthcare, hospital management systems, or patient engagement platforms.
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with Agile development environments.
