**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and production, to conceptualize and implement innovative designs for prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Develop technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing, ensuring design feasibility and functionality.
- Conduct user research and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Assist in defining and prioritizing product features, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Prototype, test, and refine designs using CAD tools and physical modeling techniques.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, materials, and trends to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
- Monitor design projects, manage timelines, and report progress to stakeholders.
- Partner with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality execution of designs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial product design role, preferably with experience in medical devices or related fields.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Rhinoceros, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and rendering tools.
- Demonstrated ability to take designs from concept to production, delivering impactful products.
- Strong technical understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on creating user-centered designs.

**Preferred Qualities**
- Creative thinker with a strategic approach to design and business goals.
- Strong communication skills to present and justify design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting or collaboratively in an on-site environment.
