**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct soft skills training sessions for students, focusing on communication skills, personality development, teamwork, leadership, and other essential interpersonal skills.
- Design and implement engaging and interactive training modules.
- Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate soft skills training into the overall curriculum.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training and incorporate best practices into the training programs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to students as needed.
