Qualification
- MBA (Marketing) or any equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree (Preferred - Marketing, Sales or related field)

Job Responsibility:

- Ensure target achievement.
- Consistent dealer servicing.
- Maintain strong relationship with dealers/ sub dealers.
- Identify new accounts (dealers/sub-dealers) for penetration growth in assigned district(s).
- Ensure dealer activation ratio is healthy (Active: Inactive Dealers).
- Ensure payment collections within time frame.
- Collect market intelligence w.r.t our presence, service v/s competitors.
- Collect prospective leads from current network.
- Support Technical team with planning, execution of influence engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales target for assigned regions/clients
- Gather and report market/competitor intel
- Ensure timely payment collections
- Maintain relationship with key stakeholders
- Ensure adhering to beat plan/marketing visits
- Mentor junior sales executives
