**Job Title**: Real Estate Sales Officer (Field Sales)**

**Location**: West Patel Nagar, Delhi**

**Salary**: Upto 6 LPA**

**Work Hours**: Day Shift, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM**

**Job Type**: Full-time**

**Experience**: Minimum 4 years in Real Estate Sales**

**Preferred Gender**: Female**

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct field sales activities to promote and sell residential and commercial properties in West Patel Nagar, Delhi.

2. Identify potential leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

4. Showcase properties to prospective buyers and provide accurate information about features, specifications, and pricing.

5. Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients to close sales efficiently.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and brand promotion.

7. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to advise clients accordingly.

8. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to clients in a clear and professional manner.

9. Ensure timely follow-up with clients to keep them engaged throughout the sales process.

10. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

2. Minimum 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong track record of achieving targets.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

5. Strong network and connections in the real estate industry.

6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

7. A valid driver's license and own transportation for field visits.
