**Job Title**:Helper / Worker
**Salary range**:12 k to 14 k
**Employment Type**: Full-time.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain machinery used in the production of ice cream, such as mixing, pasteurizing, and freezing equipment.
- Assist in the preparation and measuring of ingredients (cream, sugar, flavours, etc.) according to recipes.
- Monitor the production process to ensure consistency and quality of products.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and tools.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products.
- Pack and label ice cream products for shipping, ensuring that packaging standards are met.
- Perform quality control checks on products and ingredients, identifying any potential defects or issues.
- Work in a team to meet production targets and deadlines while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking raw materials and tracking supplies.
- Support supervisors and managers with additional tasks as needed.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or overtime, as needed.
- Basic English read & write.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during shifts.
- Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment (cold storage areas).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding production environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
