**Job Title**: French Teacher
**Location**: Winmore Academy
**Reports To**: Principal/Head of Department

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Deliver engaging French language lessons to students at [appropriate grade levels].
- Develop students’ speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills in French.
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and educational standards.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and implement creative teaching methodologies to make language learning effective and enjoyable.
- Prepare and assess assignments, projects, and examinations.
- **Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and interactive classroom environment.
- Encourage students to participate in language activities like role-plays, group discussions, and language clubs.
- **Cultural Enrichment**:

- Introduce students to French culture, history, and traditions.
- Organize events like French cultural days, film screenings, or language workshops.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest teaching techniques and language pedagogy.
- Attend relevant training, seminars, or workshops as required.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and attendance.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in French Language, Literature, or Education.
- Proficiency in French (DELF/DALF certification preferred; minimum B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in teaching French, preferably in a school setting.
- Ability to incorporate technology into teaching.
- Passion for language and cultural education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
