**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Analytical ability to understand the key information about Food/Beverage cost as prepared by him.

Good at handling the issues with the staff, firmly.

Key information provider regarding low /high consumption item compared to the business trend as observed.

Ensures and maintain good control over the bar related transactions.

Responsible to act upon the gathered information regarding market survey.

Responsible for surprise check against an operating F&B outlet.

Thorough knowledge about keeping the records and produce the same when auditing is in progress.
