**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with current trends and resonates with our target audience.
- Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and blog posts.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and activities.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and changes.
- Identify and establish relationships with social media influencers and partners to expand our reach.

**Qualification**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Content Strategist, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging content.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
