**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Management**
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and post engaging content aligned with the brand voice and marketing objectives.

**Content Creation & Copywriting**
- Write compelling, creative, and error-free copy for social media posts, ads, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone.

**Digital Marketing Execution**
- Support paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize for better ROI, and prepare performance reports.

**Community Management**
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers or brand advocates if required.

**Analytics & Reporting**
- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
- Share insights and recommendations to improve engagement and conversions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience: 1-3 years in social media management, preferably in digital marketing, e-commerce, or healthcare industries.
- Strong Copywriting Skills: Ability to write catchy captions, ad copies, and brand content that resonates with the target audience.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags strategy, and social media algorithms.
- Familiarity with paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Understanding of healthcare compliance guidelines (for healthcare industry roles).
- Experience with influencer marketing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
