**Position**: Compliance Officer
**Location**: GIFT City, Gandhinagar
**Experience**: 3-8 Years
**Industry**: Financial Services / Regulatory Compliance / Capital Markets
**Reporting To**: Senior Management / Compliance Head

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain statutory registers, meeting records, and handle form filings.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing third-party agreements.
- Ensure compliance with IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
- Support all secretarial and ROC-related documentation and filings.
- Track regulatory updates and guide internal departments accordingly.
- Develop and implement internal compliance policies and controls.
- Liaise with regulators; manage inspections and official communication.
- Handle KYC, AML, and PMLA compliance processes.
- Ensure compliance with IFSCA/exchange rules, circulars, and inspection requirements.
- Draft policies, maintain compliance records, and submit data to exchanges/IFSCA.
- 3-8 years of relevant compliance experience, preferably in GIFT City.
- Strong knowledge of IFSCA, SEZ, FEMA, and ROC-related compliance.
- Excellent drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in regulatory liaison and policy implementation.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
