Reporting Manager: Principal Officer

About Zanskar AIF:Zanskar AIF is an open-ended Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) registered under the IFSCA (Fund Management) Regulations, 2022. It focuses on automated algorithm-based trading in Equity Index derivatives and is registered with SEBI as a Category I Foreign Portfolio Investor.

Job Summary: The Compliance Officer in GIFT City will ensure regulatory compliance with IFSCA, SEBI, and other authorities while overseeing fund administration activities. The role includes managing investor relations, coordinating with the fund administrator on capital drawdowns and distributions, and ensuring timely regulatory filings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, GST, SEZ, and IFSCA regulations, and coordinate with the fund administrator for investor onboarding, capital drawdowns, and distributions.
- Coordinate the preparation of audited financial statements with the fund administrator and auditor.
- Submit regulatory reports promptly and maintain compliance documentation.
- Act as a liaison between the firm and regulatory bodies, addressing compliance queries.
- Provide administrative support for fund-related meetings and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and monitor compliance with external regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance or related roles, ideally in the securities market.
- Familiarity with IFSCA, SEZ, and SEBI regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with fund administration and compliance processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in financial services or brokerage firms is preferred.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹41,667.00 - ₹166,667.00 per month
