- Report to morning sales meeting
- Utilize the marketing department to reach out to new and former customers
- Intercept customers on the lot and in the sale room to better assist them
- Offer to tour this years new vehicles and dealership amenities
- Identify clients needs through interviewing
- Offer alternative options to customer based on information gathered
- Assist qualified customers with test drives
