- **Educational Background**: - Graduate or Post Graduate(a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus). - Certifications in sales techniques or customer relationship management can be beneficial.
- **Experience**: - 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the publishing or educational sector. - Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills for a Salesman in a Publishing Company
- **Sales Expertise**: - Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Ability to identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. - Experience in B2B sales, particularly with schools and educational institutions.
- **Communication Skills**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to present products clearly and persuasively. - Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- **Customer Service**: - Ability to provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. - Proficiency in handling objections and closing sales.
- **Product Knowledge**: - In-depth understanding of the publishing company's products, including textbooks, digital content, and supplementary resources. - Ability to explain product features and benefits to clients.
- **Negotiation Skills**: - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and contracts. - Ability to balance customer needs with company objectives.
- **Time Management**: - Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple clients. - Strong organizational skills for tracking sales activities and client interactions.
- **Adaptability**: - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. - Willingness to learn new sales techniques and product updates.
- **Tech Savvy**: - Familiarity with CRM software and digital tools for managing sales activities. - Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales channels.
- **Persistence and Resilience**:

- A motivated and persistent attitude, with the resilience to handle rejection and continue pursuing sales opportunities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
