Job Title: UI/UX Designer

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented **UI/UX Designer** to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that deliver an exceptional user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, and other stakeholders to transform requirements into elegant, practical designs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design user interfaces that are attractive, functional, and responsive.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Conduct usability testing and gather insights to improve the user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and provide a consistent experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms.

Day shift
Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
