
Sales Officer Cattle Feed

Job Summary
Responsible for achieving Sales of Mooofeed (Cattle Feed) of the entire company in current and further expanding regions by ensuring sales guidelines with an objective to achieve the budgeted business targets and Customer satisfaction.
Requirement
1. Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
2. 5-10 Years in Feed/FMCG companies of a team handling profile.
3. Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them.
4. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
5. Passion to work for farmer welfare, solve their dairy related problems and help increase their income
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the given sales & acquisition goals.
2. Develop market intelligence and expansion of the distribution network.
3. Ensure to collect/recover the sales realization and outstandings.
4. Optimum utilization of resources, Funds and Cost Control in general and Sales & Distribution cost in particular.
5. Timely distribution of Cattle Feed, Feed Supplements & any other Products.
6. Effective control & minimize the damages.
7. Organize Customer Contract Programs and address complaints.
8. Strict implementation of Statutory & SOPs.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Pali, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
