To maintain records of molds and process
To be responsible of maintenance activity of mold.
To be attend the mold maintenance activities at vendor site.
To be responsible of all activities of new mold development.
To be responsible of all activities at the time mold change.
To be responsible of coordination with tool room vendor
Maintaining continuous running of machines, trouble shooting of machine, mold and process
Responsible for overall overall activities of shop floor.
Provide regular Training sessions to Supervisors & Company helpers.
Responsible to maintain good housekeeping on packing floors.
To maintain records of molds and process
Knowledge of ASB machine operation & ISBM Machine
Well versed in MS-office.
Exposure in supervising all mold operations and shift operations including providing technical inputs for innovative methodologies for mold and identifying the areas of obstruction and advising on process changes for improvement.
Acknowledged for overcoming complex challenges and making high stake decisions using strong work ethics & irreproachable integrity
Skilled in establishing processes, streamlining workflow and creating work environment to enhance productivity
A forward thinking person with excellent communication, analytical & relationship management skills; exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation & creativity to achieve corporate & personal goals
