Handling all activity related to Planning, Granulation, Compression and coating.
 On Line documentation of Granulation, Compression, coating.
 In process Checks during Tablet/Capsule Manufacturing, Compression. 
Having maintain machine Log book, BMR and production planning.
 Handling Procedure of line clearance for different stage of process.
 Completion of BMR - BPR on every stage.
 Handling and review of departmental SOP’S. 
To control the non-compliance activity on shop floor
Supervising various manufacturing activities solids.
Responsible for all maintenance of all records connected with production and keep them updated.
Maintenance of manufacturing area clean vice versa equipments and machinery.
Update the status labels, logbooks, and BMR.
Follow the production planning schedules and maintenance of change over for new products.
Allocation of work to the manpower based on the requirement.
 Raw material receiving from store department and weight
verification of raw material.
 Maintain online documents. 
Maintain online logbooks.
 Check and maintain environmental monitoring log books.
 Supervission of manufacturing process as per document.
 Ensure GMP compliance at all stages of production.
 Verification and calibration of balance.
 Handling of menpower.
 Handling of ERP entry.
 Follow manufacturing process according to SOP and cGM
guidelines.
