- **Safety Oversight**: Ensure that drivers adhere to safety protocols during forklift operations.
- **Communication**: Act as the main point of contact between forklift drivers and management, providing clear instructions and resolving any issues.

**Basic Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- **Experience**: Prior experience managing teams, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of **Microsoft Excel** for record-keeping and reporting.
- **Leadership**: Strong organizational and communication skills to manage and guide a team of forklift drivers.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 per month
