Position: E-Commerce Product Sourcing

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Sourcing to join our growing team. As a key player in our supply chain, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality products to enhance our e-commerce offerings.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supplier Identification: Research and identify potential suppliers, both domestically and internationally, that align with our product requirements and quality standards.

2. Negotiation: Conduct negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and optimal shipping arrangements.

3. Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that all sourced products meet or exceed our quality standards.

4. Market Analysis: Stay informed about Product market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to make informed decisions in product selection.

5. Supply Chain Optimization: Collaborate with logistics and inventory management teams to optimize the supply chain and reduce lead times.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supplier agreements, product specifications, and other relevant documentation.

7. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity of supply and minimizing disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in product sourcing, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
- Understanding of quality control processes and experience implementing them in a sourcing context.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
