- Maintaining all quality documentation and record keeping.
- Handling all complain regrading to quality.
- Online monitoring process.
- Maintaining open communication with concern stakeholder to
- address the identified food safety and quality issues and continuous improvement opportunities
- Lab instrument handling and calibration.
- Preparation of report and sharing with the HOD’s on daily basis.
- Ensure and verify the personal hygiene and plant hygiene on day to
- day basis.
- Quality testing raw material and finished product.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and food safety compliance issue that arise.
- Have knowledge of quality testing process in laboratory according to material profile.
- Close Coordination with plant team according to maintain food safety, customer /consumer expectation and regulatory requirement.
- Managed all Quality Related Marketed complain.
- Established Policy and Procedures to ensure that all the facility complies FSSAI and Third Party.
- Participate in Production Handling and management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
