- Maintain the reception area and provide administrative support to the team.
- Coordinate with clients to complete the Printer service request.
- Manage service logs, update records, and ensure timely follow-ups with the technical team.
- Liaise with clients to address basic service-related queries and provide updates.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a coordination role is preferred.
