- Sales Manager**:

- Required for selling IP network security, bandwidth management and telecom billing products. Must have excellent domain knowledge with good contacts in Indian telecom, ISP, government & enterprise customers (Hospitality & Education)

**Provide support to keep well maintained the NETWORK and devices like CCTV, Network Video Recorder, Managed & Unmanaged Switch. Extensive knowledge of CCTV Surveillance solutions, Campus LAN Design,**

**Sales Responsibilities:

- **
- Finding new Dealer and System Integrator for CCTV to increase sales.
- Get order from new CCTV Dealer and System Integrator.
- Maintain good relationship with Distributor.
- Doing market research & Analysis.
- Maintain Daily report, Weekly report, Monthly report on Excel.
- Taking training section with Dealer and System Integrator.
- Conducting branding programs with dealer shop.
- Attend new product training program in office.
- Networking Product Specifically Active and Passive Components.
- Information Services (Tenders Subscriptions, B2B Subscriptions, etc.) Channel Sales roles and responsibilities
- Established productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Managed potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements.
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Proactively recruits new qualifying partners.
