Making sure all the leads of the clients after placing orders are met.
Ensuring your existing clients are satisfied through after-sales service.
Always ask them for true feedback.
Servicing the client after receiving the order till the time of collection of payment.
1. Do Confirmation of order received with client and need to say Delivery Date
2. Order Process with Dispatch
3. Order follow up with Dispatch as per due date
4. If there is a delay in delivery, call the customer and say the actual New delivery Date.
5. When delivered ready, confirm to the customer that we are sending a parcel.
6. Confirmation of Delivery with client next day of parcel sent.
7. Take feedback about goods delivered like delivery done as per order and finish is Good.
8. Remind Payment terms after delivery
9. Send Msg of payment due before 7 days of payment due.
10. Send Reminder msg 1 day before payment is due.
11. If payment comes on time then good if not then Follow up with the payment every week.
12. After receiving the payment send thanks msg.
Resolve the queries and questions of all the clients.
Give or support the clients about company products or
services.
Acting as a point of contact for complaints and escalating issues to
the concern.
Understand client queries and solve them in any manner
Increase 10% Order Sales Every Month
Connect with old clients
Key skills for Client Relationship Management:
Polite disposition.
Ability of rigorous follow up.
The ability to communicate confidently - both through speaking and
writing - with colleagues and clients.
Ability to understand the circumstances and act accordingly.
Proactive.
Thorough knowledge of products/services.
Always available on calls.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
