- We are looking for professionals with experience in Invoice Processing, Invoice audits, payments processing & having experience in AP volume management for a Global client._

- Responsibilities_
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to accounts payable, which include:_
- _Delivers verbal and written communications that have clarity and impact._
- _Should have E2E Accounts Payable knowledge with excellent work experience_
- _Experience in people handling and support employee and organizational development through appropriate change management and training initiatives_
- _Working knowledge on SAP/Other ERP and any other work flow tools_
- _Experience in PO, non-PO and Utilities Invoice processing, Quality Check_
- _Experience in invoice auditing and payment processing_
- _Responsible for meeting the process SLA’s, knowledge management_
- _Working experience in SOX controls; Responsible for both internal and external audits_
- _Responsible for Publishing process KPI's, Metrics and Management Reporting_
- _Assist team members in queries and process clarification_
- _Inform management of critical issues and employee management trends through effective HR metrics and reporting_
- _Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders_
- _Connect with Customer to bridge process gaps_
- _Identify areas of improvement and contribute towards adding value to customers_
- _Strong Quantitative and problem solving ability: Ability to conceptualize Accounts payable related technical problems and develop an Analytical road map for them_
- _Ability to challenge status quo & out of the box thinking_
- _Creates a team environment of accountability and commitment_

- Qualifications we seek in you_
- Minimum Qualifications / Skills_
- _A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance_
- _Excellent work experience in Accounts Payable for global clients_
- _Good and strong communication skills, ability to work methodically, efficiently & deliver under tight deadlines_
- _Should have team management experience_
- _The incumbent should be open for working in flexible shifts_
- _You should be aware of call etiquette & soft skills e.g. empathy, listening skills etc._
- Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Good interpersonal skills_
- _Excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts_
