Responsible to keep record ready for monthly internal audit & co-ordinate with management & Assist and support all monthly, quarterly, & annual compliances (Income Tax, GST, PF, PT & Other expenses).
- Creating periodic reports, such as trading account, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc.
- Interest & Depreciation Calculations Responsible for company accounts and conducting quarterly reviews.

CA, After audit resolve all queries as CA instruction
- Presenting data to managers, investors, Auditor and other entities
- Presenting data to tax consultant for income tax return
- Performing bank reconciliation weekly and monthly
- Responsible for cash in hand and bank balances and reporting to management as per

payment schedules
- Performing stock statement for bank
- Maintaining management travel expenses & claims
- TDS working & Payment
- GST working (GSTR 1, GSTR 3B) & Payment
- Reconciliation of TDS, GSTR2B and other compliance ledgers
- PF,ESIC,PT working & payment Monthly salary working and employee payment
- Assist in stock management and stock audit monthly
- Processing sales & purchase bills in billing software
- Handling petty cash
- Verification /Checking of invoices as per the check list and Keep reports of transactions.
- Coordination with Banks for all mode of payment transactions
- Daily transaction (Daybook) Audit and resolving discrepancies Handling customer queries related to billing and taxation.
- Processing invoices for vendors
- Follow up for payment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
