**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Class Scheduling**:

- Schedule and manage chess classes for students.
- Ensure optimal allocation of tutors to meet the needs of students.
- Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and conflicts.
- **Coordination**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between tutors and students.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure both parties are informed of schedules, changes, and important updates.
- Assist in the organization of special events, tournaments, and workshops.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle inbound calls and inquiries from prospective and current students and their parents.
- Provide detailed information about our courses, fees, schedules, and other relevant details.
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain a record of communications.
- **Admissions and Lead Generation**:

- Work on generating admissions through various channels.
- Implement strategies to attract and convert leads into enrollments.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and track the progress of follow-ups.

**Requirements**:

- **Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- **Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of chess is a plus, but not required.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- A friendly and approachable demeanor.
- High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
