Job description

Job Profile: ENGLISH TRAINER (Female Only)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Work Experience: Fresher or experienced with good communication skills can apply

Responsibilities:*
- Conducting English language training sessions for students or professionals.
- Evaluating students' progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Tailoring teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
- Keeping up-to-date with language teaching methodologies and resources.
- Collaborating with other instructors and staff to enhance the curriculum.
- Assisting in organizing workshops, seminars, or additional learning activities.
- Maintaining accurate records of student attendance and performance.

*Requirements:*
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESOL) or equivalent is preferred.
- Prior teaching experience, especially in English language instruction.
- Proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Adaptability and creativity in teaching methods to address diverse student needs.
- Organizational skills to manage lesson planning, grading, and student records effectively.

**Salary**: 18000-25000 as per skills and experience
