Responsibilities:

- Creating lesson plans and developing instructional materials: English trainers must plan and deliver lessons that meet the needs of their students. This involves developing lesson plans, creating instructional materials, and selecting appropriate learning resources.
- Teaching grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation: English trainers must help their students develop proficiency in grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. This may involve using exercises, drills, and interactive activities to help students learn and practice these skills.
- Conducting assessments: English trainers must evaluate their students' progress and provide feedback on their strengths and weaknesses. They may administer quizzes, tests, and other assessments to measure student comprehension and retention.
- Providing individualized instruction: English trainers must tailor their instruction to meet the needs of individual students. They may work with students one-on-one to help them improve their language skills.
- Encouraging student participation: English trainers must create a supportive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation. They may use a variety of teaching techniques, such as role-playing and group discussions, to keep their students engaged and motivated.
- Monitoring student progress: English trainers must monitor their students' progress and adjust their teaching methods as needed. They may provide additional resources or offer extra help to students who are struggling.
- Keeping up-to-date with language trends: English trainers must stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the English language, including changes in vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation. They may attend workshops or professional development courses to improve their skills and knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, education, linguistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience teaching or tutoring English as a second language.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others achieve their language goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
