**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
- Provide product or service information and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and encourage positive feedback.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher management when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, patience, and professionalism in customer interactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and customer service software.
