**Responsibilities**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES and GOALS**:

- To supervise and lead the team to work effectively & continually improvement for Planner & Buyer.
- Execute with excellence in the area of stock and demand replenishment providing feedback to the supply chain on risks regarding replenishment levels and demand
- Prepares reports on procurement activities as required. Familiar with MRP/MPS(Primary tools) Provide input in developing
departmental strategies for inventory on existing items, new product Introduction and phase out(Obsolete).
- Working with demand and forecast incorporating current and accurate information to allow the company to correctly predict
customer demand and provide supply chain with appropriate information to allow planning on how to meet demand.
- Cost negotiation based on sales, volume & projects
Implements changes to improve buying or procurement procedures
- Determine on JIT/Kanban scheduling and co-ordinate with supplier, warehouse & operation
- ** COMMON RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Follow corporate policies and technical procedures.

- Ensure that direct report(s) are trained and evaluated on their knowledge and adherence to the company's values, Code of Ethics and Conduct, and applicable compliance policies
- Perform other duties as required.
- Prepare to work in a fast-paced organization where deadline will always be “Yesterday”.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years experience in supply chain for any Manufacturing.
MBA in Supply chain is an added advantage.
