**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the academic programs and faculty of the institution.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality academic programs that align with the institution's mission and vision.
- Develop and implement academic policies and procedures that promote academic excellence.
- Facilitate and oversee academic program review, evaluation, and assessment to ensure that programs are meeting the needs of students and the institution.
- Work with faculty to develop and revise curricula to meet current academic standards and ensure they are delivered in an effective and engaging manner.
- Manage and support faculty to ensure academic excellence, professional growth, and continuous learning opportunities.
- Promote research and scholarly activity among faculty and students.
- Ensure compliance with all academic accreditation standards and requirements.
- Collaborate with other academic leaders and stakeholders to promote cross-disciplinary collaboration and a culture of academic excellence.

**Qualifications**:

- An advanced degree in education, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an academic leadership role, with experience in curriculum design, program development, and assessment.
- Experience in higher education institutions.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, manage and mentor faculty and staff.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and establish relationships with faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Understanding of accreditation standards and procedures.
