We have an opening for Accounts Executive & below JD for your reference:

- Dealing with Site coordinators and vendors for supplier invoices.
- Entry of supplier invoices and bank payment entries and offset with supplier invoices
- Following up with Project Managers and clients for payments.
- Handling end to end accounts closing and coordinating with Business controller from Singapore and CFO from Norway.
- Handling Audits from Norway, Singapore and India.
- Maintaining complete Fixed asset register for monthly Depreciation
- Preparing TDS working and payment on government site.
- Preparing GSTR and payment on government site.
- Handling payroll; preparing payroll, payment of PF, ESIC for site workers.
- Helping Project managers for any reports from ERP for Board Presentation.
- Creating new employee’s data base and employee IDs.
- Staff out of pocket expenses
- Accounting of Petty cash.
- Working closely with Company Secretory for various compliance of Government and legal.

Preferences:

- Experience - 3-5 years
- CTC - In Between - 5-7 Lac (Pending on experience)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 4 years (preferred)
- payroll, pf, esi: 4 years (preferred)
